Service, Parts, Repairs and Warranty Claims

All requests for repairs and parts, whether made under your warranty or as a purchase without a valid warranty claim, require completion of the following Warranty Claim Form. For recent purchases, you may wish to review your retailer's return or exchange policies rather than using the Warranty Process.

Jack Richeson and Company does not accept returns or issue refunds. Please see your retailer's policies in the event you would like to return your product.

No service or parts requests will be processed without completion of the Warranty Claim Form.
