In my 35 years as a watercolor painter, I have constantly experimented with various products trying to discover those that would help me express my visions and my passion.
I now use Richeson Premium Watercolor Paper for most of my work. It’s natural white tone, organic, rough texture and the external sizing that aids in lifting paint, make this a perfect choice to work with my Stephen Quiller Watercolor paints from Richeson.
Stephen Quiller Watercolor paints use the most permanent pigments available. Stone ground in a small European mill, they create a marvelous granularity in many of the mineral and earth colors such as my three favorites offered in the Sedimentary & Granulating Sampler Set.
